We would like to introduce “Snow Cream”. It is not ice cream or shave ice, but a combination of both. Snow Cream is smooth, creamy, cold and refreshing. It is low in sugar and low in calories, but still delicious. Our Snow Creams are all handmade with very simple ingredients. We freeze them into blocks which then get shaved down into ribbon-like layers when you order.
